For a reservation we require you to transfer 30% of the accommodation fee, as an advance within 8 days. In case this is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Guests can cancel or modify the reservation 30 days prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation / change or no-show within a shorter period of time the total booking amount is due. By confirming the reservation via email, we consider the terms of booking, cancellation and modification as accepted.
